The Défi du Galop donates a vehicule to the Claude Pompidou foundation

On Sunday 11th June on ParisLongchamp racecourse, François Forcioli Conti, President of Défi du Galop, will have the pleasure of presenting Claude Chirac, President of the Claude Pompidou Foundation, with the keys to a vehicle designed for people who have been rendered vulnerable due to age or disability. He will be accompanied by Loïc Malivet, Vice-President of France Galop (representing Edouard de Rothschild), by Richard Hutin, Director-General of the Foundation, and of the presidents of the racecourses taking part in the challenge.

This operation is the culmination of a charity, human and solidarity project that gets racing involved in societal issues. This vehicle, which will display the logo of Défi du Galop and of France Galop, will make it easier for a great many people to get around, which will help improve their health, their wellbeing and their comfort.

The Défi du Galop would like to thank everyone who has contributed to funding this vehicle and has made this operation possible, from the project’s launch to the handover of the keys: the racecourses that are members of the Défi du Galop, the spectators and socio-professionals, the loyal partners such as the Groupe Carrus, Jour de Galop and Equidia, and particularly France Galop for their unfailing support.
We are staying “On Course for the Claude Pompidou Foundation” and are counting on your support to fund another vehicle designed for transporting children!
